Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order or Room booking Service within 03 days of arrival specified on the booking voucher without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling a service or rooms booked from our website is 03 days from the date of Check in or arrival.

We will reimburse you not later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the communication for cancellation on the mentioned e mail, We will use the same means of payment as you used for the room booking or mentioned the payment source in the cancellation communication mail, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Conditions for Refund
In order to eligible for refund, you should be availed the room booking service in our website, and the cancellation should be in written communication to our official mail id before 3 days of arrival date.

We cannot be held responsible for service escalations caused during the stay in AMALA ARCADE. Once you checked in the hotel, No amount would be refundable for any type of service level escalations.
